Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. You will analyze client requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and have experience in benefits administration. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant laws. * Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on claims processes. * Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to analyze complex information and make informed recommendations. * Experience in negotiating contracts or agreements is highly desirable. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving a wider range of clients. * A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
