Nationwide Solar is looking for motivated and energetic, D2D Solar Sales Consultants to work with Nationwide Solar to "brighten" the Northwest and make a positive impact on the planet. Benefits: * Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities with a base plus commission structure * Performance incentives * Sales and solar training provided * Advancement opportunities * Flexible schedule * Collaborative culture Responsibilities: * Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, educating them on the benefits of renewable energy, and promoting solar solutions for their homes. * Utilize persuasive communication and sales skills to convert leads into sales. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product, services, industry trends, and government incentives to effectively address customer needs and concerns. * Work with customer and design team to produce optimal solar proposals and accurate quotes. * Assist client through financing options. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing five-star service from the sale process through installation and beyond. * Collaborate with the Nationwide Solar office and installation staff to create the ultimate experience for our customers. Qualifications: * Reliable transportation * At least 1 year of experience in direct-to-customer sales; solar experience preferred * Strong communication and people skills * Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work independently * Strong organizational and time management skills * Passionate about renewable energy * Technologically savvy; must have access to iPad or Laptop to present proposals If you have desire and willingness to learn and enjoy a fast-paced environment that lets you achieve financial freedom, apply today.
