Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in lead generation, product demonstrations, and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service. * Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions that meet their requirements. * Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for territory growth. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue. Requirements * Proven experience in Used Car Sales or Car Rental Sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Experience in lead generation and managing the sales pipeline. * Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Proficiency in using software tools related to Used Car Sales & Car Rental management and reporting. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
