Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent licensed in Property & Casualty to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance options and assisting them in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. * Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services within the community. * Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance product visibility. * Provide guidance on benefits administration to ensure clients understand their entitlements. * Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance. Experience * 5 years or more of experience. * Property & Casualty License. * Previous experience in sales is preferred. * Familiarity with insurance products is a plus. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building rapport with clients. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is beneficial for generating leads and closing sales.
