Inside Sales Administrator Assistant If you're the Inside Sales candidate we're looking for you'll be. Great on the phone, able to multi-task, highly organized and obsessed with getting all of the details right. You love communicating with customers, gathering up information from vendors and other team members so you can respond quickly with accurate proposals that make customers happy to do business with us. You will be using your years of experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment) along with your experience with MS Office Excel, ACT and QuickBooks to serve our clients who come to us for fast, high quality parts and reconditioning service for their industrial machinery. Some of your duties will include: quoting, order placing, expediting, responding to outside sales reps timely, answering the phone, preparing for production meetings, filing, miscellaneous projects, shipping & receiving when needed. If you enjoy being busy, multi-tasking, working independently, yet all while being a part of a growing company, apply to this position. Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday) with overtime available when needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
