Job Overview Wentworth Studio is a premier luxury residential design-build firm serving Montgomery County, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. We specialize in high-end home additions, kitchen and bath renovations, basement remodels, and full-home transformations. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive new business and grow revenue. You will work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to sell our design-build remodeling services. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation. * Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signed design agreements. * Conduct consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored remodeling solutions. * Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, and real estate professionals. * Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure smooth project handoff. Ideal Candidate: * Knowledge of home remodeling, construction, or architecture is a plus. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. * Ability to build trust and rapport with clientele. * Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
