Join Our Alexandria, VA Team as a Sales Support Representative! Wireless Masters is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will interact with customers daily over the phone, providing top-tier customer service--a priority at Wireless Masters. About the Role As a Sales Support Representative , you will: * Conduct outbound calls to educate current customers about promotions and services. * Handle inbound calls, assisting with troubleshooting and order placements. * Recommend additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling. * Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system. * Generate sales leads and contribute to special projects as assigned. Qualifications Ideal candidates should have: * A high school diploma or equivalent experience. * Strong phone and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar tools is helpful). * Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required). * Knowledge of the wireless industry (a plus, but not mandatory). * The ability to work on-site at our Alexandria, VA location from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
