AREA SALES SPECIALIST (SENIOR LIVING)- GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!! Great Bonus Structure!!!!!! Senior Services of America in Gig Harbor, Washington , a senior housing management company and owner/operator is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Specialist. What will I be doing? As an Area Sales Specialist, you will build and maintain relationships with professionals in the senior housing industry, prepare and implement marketing plans, guide tours of the assigned community and successfully coordinate move- in activities for the residents. As a proven sales producer with a "hunter mentality" who expects to be well- rewarded by performance. You will work directly with the Executive Director(s) and the community marketing director onsite to provide support for occupancy growth and consistent lead nurturing. Your sales expertise and relationship building skills will allow you to generate new, quality traffic and organic lead development while helping families move through the customer journey. You will meet with prospective residents and their families, both in their homes and at the communities and help them make the right decision to move into a safe new home. You will be working to create and produce the sales activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the assigned community's sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy. You will participate in planning, executing, attending and working community functions, events and grand openings. Weekly travel within the region as needed. What are the requirements? * Sales experience in a healthcare or housing related field is preferred * Must practice and promote community policies and procedures, mission statement and core values and leadership * Must meet all state health requirements including T.B. and must be able to pass states perspective background clearance * Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new applications: minimum skills include Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel) * Must obtain any state required training/certification.
