Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the vehicle that meets their needs
• Develop strong relationships with customers and provide an outstanding buying experience
• Present, demonstrate, and sell used vehicles with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, and pricing
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions are processed accurately
• Collaborate with the sales team and manager to ensure dealership success

Requirements

:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to learn and use dealership CRM software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation
