Tully Hill is accepting applications for a Business Development Specialist. Will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing efforts to support relationship management and new business prospecting to meet the organization's long-term objectives. Will identify and develop new business opportunities; build and maintain successful business relationships with referral partners and conduct educational presentations regarding substance use disorder treatment programs and services offered at Tully Hill. Full-time or Part-time. Professional, team oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication and public speaking skills and computer skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field, 2+ years' experience business development experience in behavioral healthcare preferred. Demonstrable knowledge of substance use disorders and 12-step philosophy preferred.
