As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they have a positive experience while achieving sales targets. Daily Expectations: * Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-ups. * Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with team members to meet overall dealership sales goals. * Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. * Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Experience * Previous experience in automotive sales or outside sales is preferred but not required. * Proven track record of outbound sales success, demonstrating strong math skills for pricing and financing discussions. * Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers. * A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation is essential for success in this role.
