Kal-lite, a leading provider of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) solutions, is seeking a self-starter Warehouse Representative to work in a small, but busy warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and accurate documentation. Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in shipments.
• Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift--experience preferred, but training is available!
• Inventory Management: Track, organize, and replenish materials while conducting cycle counts and assisting with inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Quality Control: Perform inspections to ensure products meet company standards before shipment. Document findings and communicate necessary adjustments.
• Material Staging: Ensure production areas are stocked with the right materials to maintain efficiency.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace while adhering to safety guidelines. Assist with equipment and tool maintenance, reporting any needed repairs
• Machining Router operation: May be trained on other tasks including operating a CNC Router Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain shipping and receiving records, tracking incoming and outgoing freight in a computer program.
• Log inventory changes and assist with database updates to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists for outgoing orders.
• Organize and file warehouse paperwork, including safety checklists and compliance documents.
• Communicate with vendors and logistics teams, documenting discrepancies or special handling instructions.
