Job Overview We're looking for an energetic and personable Neighborhood Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, visiting residential neighborhoods to connect with homeowners and offer professional painting and refinishing services. Your goal? Spark interest, build trust, and book on-site estimates. This position starts at $20/hour plus $20 for every estimate booked , with high performers regularly averaging 1 estimate per hour. Key Responsibilities * Walk targeted neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our premium services. * Confidently communicate our company's offerings and value proposition. * Engage in follow-up phone calls to schedule or confirm appointments. * Track all interactions and appointments using CRM software (like Salesforce). * Maintain a positive, approachable demeanor while answering questions or handling objections. * Work closely with the sales team to align efforts and share market feedback. * Stay sharp with regular training sessions on service offerings and outreach techniques. What We 're Looking For * Prior experience in sales or canvassing, especially in home improvement or service industries, is a plus. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills--you're good with people. * Comfortable walking for several hours and working independently. * Organized, with attention to detail when logging leads and follow-ups. * A self-starter with the drive to meet and exceed weekly goals.
