DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accurately takes customer orders and provides quotes. * Performs regular yard and warehouse walks to monitor inventory management, declaring to the management any missing/damaged items, and ordering any products for restocking purposes. * Receives inventory and purchase orders at their respective branch, and sends documents to AP. * Obtains third-party pricing as needed; finds "buy-outs" for clients. * Ensures prompt on-time deliveries, communicating any issues directly with clients. * Certifies shop has all required equipment available and ready to ship. * Informs customer inquiries to the manager for rate guidance. * Calls new clients to introduce them to Cross Country. * Supports outside sales with client information and sales reporting. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: * Two years related experience or outside sales/operations management/business development background. * Professional phone demeanor. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Commitment to excellence and high standards. * Acute attention to detail, positive attitude. * Proficient in Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills. * Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere. * Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm, and the capability to multitask.
