What You 'll Do:
• Follow up with team-provided leads, clients, and your sphere with proven systems and scripts
• Attend buyer and seller consultations and guide clients through showings and transactions
• Master contract writing, offer strategies, and negotiation tactics
• Stay on track with your goals using our transaction systems (SISU)
• Leverage full operational support -- TC, listing prep, marketing, and scheduling handled for you
• Attend ongoing skill development sessions through weekly coaching, live trainings, and roleplay practice
• Plug into open house and listing opportunities to stay consistently in front of new business What Makes The Wright Group Different:

• Licensed California Real Estate Agents (or actively enrolled in real estate school)

Compensation

& Career Path:

• 100% commission-based
• $100K+ annual earning potential with consistency and training
