Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and objectives. * Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess competitive landscape. * Engage in cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Deliver compelling product demos that showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional activities. * Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. * Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Experience * Strong customer service skills with the ability to address client needs effectively. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of consumer behavior. * Familiarity with conducting product demos and presenting technical information clearly. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
