Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide personalized insurance solutions, educate clients on their options, and help them secure their future. Duties * Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance recommendations. * Generate leads and grow the client base through outside sales efforts. * Maintain strong client relationships and manage accounts effectively. * Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and coverage details. * Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards. * Provide top-notch customer service to retain and attract clients. * Utilize telemarketing strategies to connect with potential customers. * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals. Skills * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Sales and call center experience is a plus but not required. * Multilingual candidates are highly desirable. * Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements * Valid driver's license. * Proficiency with modern technology. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Laptop and headset (or ability to acquire within one week of hire). * Ability to pass a Level 2 background check. * Reliable transportation (local candidates only).
