Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide personalized insurance solutions, educate clients on their options, and help them secure their future.

Duties

• Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance recommendations.
• Generate leads and grow the client base through outside sales efforts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
• Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and coverage details.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
• Provide top-notch customer service to retain and attract clients.
• Utilize telemarketing strategies to connect with potential customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals. Skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sales and call center experience is a plus but not required.
• Multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with modern technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Laptop and headset (or ability to acquire within one week of hire).
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
