Responsibilities * Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards * Take part in team activities according to team guidelines * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties * Draft and negotiate offers for your clients * Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology Qualifications * You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales. * You excel at establishing connections, understanding others' needs, and finding solutions. * Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise. * You handle objections with ease. * You are an effective communicator dedicated to providing excellent service. * Collaborative team member * Licensed real estate agent * Exceptional written and oral communication abilities * Eager to learn and focused on growth * Highly organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Superior time management capabilities * Prior industry experience is a plus About-our-team About The Dowd Team At The Dowd Team, our mission is to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.
