Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store with emphasis on sales.

include working with customers on product selection, creating estimates and closing the sale, supervising sales support staff and maintaining store profitability. Primary

:

• Operation of the day-to-day location and maintain store condition
• Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel
• Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance
• Work with management to create a store budget, goals and marketing strategies
• Evaluate customer requirements to determine product needs
• Preparation of estimates
• Follow up with potential customers to develop ongoing relationships
• Understand and demonstrate a level of expertise in our product
• Track and maintain customer leads
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints
• Perform job checks at customer's homes
• Ensure adequate level of inventory
• Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort
• Participation at special events such as trade shows Skills and

• Strong leadership skills

• High school diploma or GED, college degree a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people

• Quick Books Experience preferred but not required We are looking to fill multiple sales/store manager positions in the greater Grand Rapids area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
