Job Summary

As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service at VIDA Fitness. You will play a key role in promoting and selling membership packages to potential clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. These activities include daily membership sales. Retention and identifying cross-marketing sales opportunities. The Membership Advisor will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads with residential partners and tabling efforts, building relationships, Planning events, and closing on leads.

Responsibilities

- Conduct tours and host events in the community to promote membership offerings - Utilize market knowledge to identify potential leads and convert them into sales - Implement sales techniques to generate leads and close sales effectively - Manage software systems to track sales activities and customer interactions - Provide excellent account management services to existing members - Deliver outstanding customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Upsell additional services or products to enhance member experience Experience - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership or subscription- based environment face to face. - Demonstrated ability in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline - Familiarity with CRM software for account management - Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships - Ability to effectively communicate the value of products or services to potential customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
