Overview

We are looking for a motivated, experienced sales professional to generate and close deals with high-end clientele. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. Duties

Prospect and engage high-net-worth homeowners through networking, referrals, and lead generation. Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions. Close high-ticket deals and manage the sales process from start to finish. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Selling roofing, siding, window & gutter products Selling leads generated by Rinaldi Roofing Self-generating leads (door knocking, referrals) Estimate job accurately Send invoice & collect final payment after job completion Communicate with insurance companies to help homeowners file claims Leads scheduled 6 days per week (8am-7pm)

Qualifications

Experience in high-end sales, preferably in roofing, siding, windows, or luxury home improvements is preferred, not needed. - Comprehensive training with top performers will be provided. Strong networking skills and ability to connect with affluent homeowners. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM software (preferred). Must supply and have a valid drivers license. Must be organized and detail oriented. Compassionate, respectful and teachable.
