POSITION SUMMARY This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. A significant portion of this position will involve selling HVAC products and meeting sales goals in situations where a repair or replacement is recommended. Compensation: * Extremely competitive compensation based on experience and performance * Highest Bonus and Commission rates in the industry! * Best Financing programs and Warranties to offer customers * Base Salary with Overtime Pay * Paid Vacation Days, Holidays, Sick Days, Birthdays, Work Anniversary * 401K with company match Compensation: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00+ per year Benefits: * 100% PAID Medical Insurance * Dental and Vision plans * Life Insurance plan Perks: * Company Vehicle * IPad * Gas Card * Company Phone or Reimbursement * Paid Training * On-site Gym and Shower Access * Employee Discounts on services such as discounted Mortgage Rates JOB DUTIES * Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems * Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs * Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job * Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving * Wears floor savers while in the client's home * Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 2 years experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry diagnosing, repairing, and selling repairs and replacements. * Must display strong communication skills and technical competence * Ability to pass a thorough background check * Clean driving record Compensation: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year Join the One Hour Team!
