What You'll Do: Inside Sales & Customer Service: * Manage customer orders seamlessly--from initial inquiries to order confirmations and invoicing. * Provide outstanding customer support, ensuring prompt responses and thorough follow-up. * Oversee order processing and tracking to deliver a seamless customer experience. * Keep accurate records and coordinate closely with the broader sales team.
