About the Role: Residential HVAC Technical Designer & Sales Consultant This is a hybrid technical and sales role that gives you the opportunity to: * Collaborate with experienced HVAC professionals and learn directly from the best. * Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and energy goals. * Design tailored HVAC systems that maximize comfort, efficiency, and environmental impact. * Gain exposure to the latest technologies, including geothermal and high-efficiency systems. * Manage the entire customer journey--from initial contact through post-install support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and learning new skills in the field and in the office. What We're Looking For * A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Mechanical or Environmental fields. * A curious mind with a technical mindset and a passion for sustainable technology. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with a desire to keep improving. * Comfortable with basic math, design calculations, and using digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM software). * A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude. * Willingness to perform fieldwork, including site visits, attic inspections, and crawlspace entries.
