About the Role

: Residential HVAC Technical Designer & Sales Consultant This is a hybrid technical and sales role that gives you the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with experienced HVAC professionals and learn directly from the best.
• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and energy goals.
• Design tailored HVAC systems that maximize comfort, efficiency, and environmental impact.
• Gain exposure to the latest technologies, including geothermal and high-efficiency systems.
• Manage the entire customer journey--from initial contact through post-install support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and learning new skills in the field and in the office. What We're Looking For
• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Mechanical or Environmental fields.
• A curious mind with a technical mindset and a passion for sustainable technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a desire to keep improving.
• Comfortable with basic math, design calculations, and using digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork, including site visits, attic inspections, and crawlspace entries. What We Offer
• Base salary of $30,000 to $40,000 depending on experience, plus commission
