Mortgage Sales Manager Omega Financial Services, Inc. - Union, New Jersey Omega Financial Services, Inc., a licensed mortgage banker and lender, has proudly served clients for over 25 years from our headquarters in Union, New Jersey. We are a full-service lender offering FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, and Non-QM mortgage solutions. As a direct lender, we process, underwrite, approve, fund, and close loans under our name -- both residential and commercial -- across multiple states including New Jersey, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team from our headquarters at 1185 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Loan Officers to build a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and grow a steady pipeline of business through team management and personal production.
- Build strong relationships with real estate brokers and referral partners to expand market presence.
- Oversee team performance and loan production; set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic direction and business development planning.
- Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure an efficient loan process.
- Partner with the Marketing Department to develop targeted campaigns and provide industry insights.
- Stay up-to-date on mortgage programs, market trends, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
(Required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including management of sales teams.
- Proven track record of success in originating and closing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loans.
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience developing sales teams with minimum production of $5M annually.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead expansion efforts across multiple states and open new branch locations (preferred).
- Commercial lending experience is a plus.
Compensation

- Competitive base salary plus override commission on team and company-wide production.
- Expected total earnings exceed $250,000 annually , including bonuses and overrides.
