Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales. As a Car Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the car buying process, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and determine their vehicle needs through effective questioning and active listening. * Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. * Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, employing strong phone etiquette. * Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options to provide accurate information to customers. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Previous experience in automotive sales or a related dealership environment is preferred but not required. * Strong sales management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with public speaking abilities. * Ability to engage in cold calling while maintaining professionalism. * A strong understanding of upselling techniques and their application in a sales context. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A valid driver's license is required.
