Join our growing team in Escondido, CA , where you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners in need of urgent restoration services. Position Overview: We're seeking a full-time Restoration Sales & Inspection Coordinator to handle inbound calls from Google, SEO, and Yelp. This role is a blend of customer service, field expertise, and project coordination. You'll guide clients, schedule inspections, and work closely with our divisions to coordinate mold remediation and emergency water damage services. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary responder for all inbound leads * Serve as the initial sales contact and trusted advisor * Coordinate and schedule inspections across relevant teams * Perform on-site inspections when needed * * Prepare estimates using Xactimate Navigate and manage insurance restoration claims * * Use platforms like Dash by CoreLogic and Xactanalysis Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in the restoration industry * Must have construction and water mitigation experience * Proficient with Xactimate for estimating * Familiarity with Dash by CoreLogic and Xactanalysis preferred Strong communication and organization skills * * Based in or willing to work out of Escondido, CA Why Join Us?
