Job Description: Responsibilities Will Include : * Make yourself as much money as possible every month! * Meet monthly sales goals * Recruit your team and lead them * Must have self discipline, drive, and determination to be the best. * Must be willing to engage our members in person on the workout floor or phone to help book up free sessions with trainers and sales team Qualifications: * Personal Training Certification / Degree is required. (or obtain one before hire) * Must have current, valid CPR/AED certification (or obtain one before hire) * Experience as a personal trainer is preferred but not required * Ability to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations for clients * Enthusiastic, encouraging attitude, leadership Compensation and Schedule: * Earning potential will range $7k and 10k per month and is based on overall performance of the individual * Base salary + Commissions + Profit Bonuses * Full time only: 5 days weekly 8+ hours minimum effort.
