Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices for outbound sales and cold calling. * Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. * Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives. Experience * Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive sector. * Strong background in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members effectively. * Experience in cold calling and outbound sales techniques is highly desirable.
