Job Title: Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative Location: Kent, WA Compensation: $24 - $25 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kent. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in basic math and measurements. Experience working in granite or countertop sales is a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email * Provide product information, quotes, and order updates * Assist customers in understanding measurements and dimensions for custom orders * Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and related paperwork * Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to coordinate orders * Keep the showroom organized and presentable Qualifications: * Prior experience in customer service or inside sales * Strong math and measurement skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment * Experience in granite or countertop sales is a plus * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems) Benefits: * On the temp-to-hire program, you will have access to a basic MEC plan TruFit Staffing is an equal opportunity employer and does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
