In 2024, our office was awarded "Top 20 GEICO MOST VALUABLE PARTNER " across the entire country!! How the job works is we spend some time to train you on GEICO and best practices in selling insurance. After training we have our sales coach work closely with you while we start providing you with a number of leads in different forms (outbound/inbound). We prefer candidates with a P&C License. If you do not have a license, we will help you get your license. Because we are able to provide you with consistent leads this is an amazing opportunity for those who possess the skills we are looking for. Specifically we are looking for people with very strong work ethics, and people who are good at taking coaching and feedback. A history of success in sales is a plus. This job is a base plus commission opportunity where you control your earnings based on your performance. As part of this job you will have the potential to be opportunistic and make referral partnerships with car dealerships, real estate professionals, and beyond. Meaning, in this job having entrepreneurial instincts is a huge plus.
