Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure all issues are fully resolved.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and customer information.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions.
