Responsibilities * Assist storefront customers and finalize transactions with Shopify POS devices. * Must be willing to familiarize themselves with all of our product types, including fabrics, colors, items, sizes, etc. * Communicate and follow up with customers via our Customer Service platform, email, and phone. * Help clean and maintain store shelves in a neat and orderly fashion. * Should be actively involved and fully dedicated during our high-intensity sales periods, ensuring smooth execution and consistent support throughout the duration of the events. * Help coordinate fabric swatches program to provide customers with the appropriate fabric samples. * Eager to work on-site and actively engage with customers and other team members. * Monitor and maintain store inventory counts and inform the appropriate team members when items are out of stock. * Conduct cycle counts and update store inventory on our inventory management platform as needed. * Provide support to additional departments as needed (e.g., assisting during our quarterly inventory counts or during heavy shipping periods). * Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the store. * Devise new processes or refine existing ones to optimize our operations. Requirements: * Excellent Computer and IT skills * Proper phone etiquette is required * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required * Prior related-industry experience is welcome but not required * Spanish proficiency is a bonus Compensation * $25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience * Quarterly Performance Bonus * Paid Vacation * Annual Performance Review Work Hours * Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
