As a full- time Outside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront--owning your territory, expanding market share, and delivering tailored surfacing solutions that elevate every project. We're looking for a confident closer who thrives on exceeding targets, building strong client pipelines, and representing a brand known for excellence and creativity in the design space. What You 'll Do: * Use your expertise in premium tile and stone products to drive revenue growth and manage a high-value sales pipeline within the architecture, design, and luxury homebuilding markets. * Build and maintain strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, custom builders, and upscale developers to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships. * Proactively generate new leads through referrals, industry networking, showroom traffic, and hosted client events. * Lead compelling product presentations and "Lunch & Learns" to highlight the aesthetic and technical advantages of our offerings. * Own the full sales cycle--from initial consultation and quoting to closing the sale and ensuring post-sale satisfaction. * Stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations with ongoing vendor training and professional development. What You Bring: * 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in the high-end tile, stone, or luxury surfaces industry. * A deep understanding of the sales process for custom residential or boutique commercial projects. * A proven track record of managing a territory and consistently exceeding sales goals. * Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanor. * Excellent customer service instincts and a collaborative mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems a plus. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * A genuine appreciation for architecture, design, and premium craftsmanship.
