Duties

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets - Engage in warm calling to introduce products/services and generate sales opportunities - Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective customers - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships - Utilize Slack, Trello, or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and update customer information - Assist in business development efforts to expand the customer base
