In this role as the Solar Sales Recruiting Team Leader , you'll not only identify top talent but you will lead our efforts to recruit, screen, and onboard high-impact candidates to join our solar sales team as solar setters. You will oversee the recruiting team, manage candidate outreach, and conduct both initial screening calls and Zoom interviews. In this role, you'll not only identify top talent but also ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, providing guidance and support to the recruiting team. What You 'll Be Doing: * Leading from the front : We give you qualified leads who are already interested in our company. you will lead our efforts to recruit, screen, and onboard high-impact candidates to join our solar sales team as solar setters I. Conduct recruiting calls to engage and assess prospective candidates. II. Schedule and lead Zoom interviews, providing a positive candidate experience. III. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for solar setter roles. * Using a leadership approach You will oversee the recruiting team, manage candidate outreach, and conduct both initial screening calls and Zoom interviews. I. Lead and support the recruiting team, setting clear expectations and metrics for success. * Crushing targets : A crucial aspect of your role is to set and manage clear expectations for the recruiting team, aligning hiring goals with the company's immediate and long-term sales targets. I. Coordinate closely with sales team leaders to align hiring goals with immediate team needs. * Following up with persistence and vision : By leading with clarity and consistency, you'll foster a high-performance recruiting environment that attracts candidates ready to make an immediate impact on our solar sales teams. I. Report on recruitment progress and adapt strategies to meet dynamic sales team requirements.
