As we grow, we're seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager with proven expertise in sales training and leadership. This role is integral to the development and success of our Sales Account Managers (SAMs) in the USA, ensuring high performance, client satisfaction, and alignment with our vision of excellence. As the Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 10-14 Sales Account Managers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and success. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization through effective training, performance management, and strategic leadership. You'll be responsible for: * Coaching and mentoring sales team members to achieve and exceed performance goals. * Ensuring seamless onboarding and skill development for new hires. * Driving sales results through data-driven insights and actionable strategies. * Collaborating with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with company objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Training and Development * Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales strategies, CRM software, and Outsourced Doers' sales processes. * Conduct interactive workshops, role-playing exercises, and live sales call demonstrations to enhance skills and boost confidence. * Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching and feedback to refine the team's sales techniques and close rates. 2. Onboarding and Mentorship * Act as the primary mentor for new Sales Account Managers, helping them transition from training to live sales environments. * Set clear goals and expectations, ensuring SAMs are equipped to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). * Offer hands-on support during early stages of onboarding to embed best practices and foster confidence. 3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting * Track team performance, including individual metrics and overall progress, through CRM tools and analytics platforms. * Analyze data to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. * Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to provide personalized guidance, assess progress, and address challenges faced by team members. * Host daily or weekly team huddles to align on goals, celebrate wins, and address any pressing issues in real time. * Provide regular reports to the Director of Sales, highlighting trends, challenges, and actionable insights to ensure consistent sales excellence. 4. Team Leadership and Collaboration * Cultivate a supportive and high-performance culture where accountability, motivation, and results thrive. * Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and innovative training methodologies. * Address challenges proactively and provide solutions that promote both team and individual success. Skills and Qualifications * Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategies and applications. * Sales Experience: Proven track record in high-ticket sales with at least 5+ years of experience. * Team Leadership: Extensive experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed goals. * Training Expertise: Skilled in designing and delivering effective training programs with measurable outcomes. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * CRM Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools for tracking performance and generating insights. * Remote Sales: Success managing and training remote sales teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team. Experience Requirements: * Sales: 5 years (preferred). * Sales Training: 2 years (preferred). * Digital Marketing: 3 years (preferred).
