We are currently searching for a sales manager/assistant store manager who is passionate about serving our customers and the community. Responsibilities: * Assist customers with both in person and phone requests. * Develop business strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. * Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. * Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, discussing services needed, selling work, managing team, operating store efficiently. Job Requirements: * Must have an automotive background (3+ years experience required) * Good Communication Skills * Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges * High School Diploma (Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technologies Strongly Preferred) Skills * Leadership skills * Customer management skills * Strong organizational skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
