We are currently searching for a sales manager/assistant store manager who is passionate about serving our customers and the community.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with both in person and phone requests.
• Develop business strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, discussing services needed, selling work, managing team, operating store efficiently. Job

Requirements

:

• Must have an automotive background (3+ years experience required)
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges
• High School Diploma (Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technologies Strongly Preferred) Skills
• Leadership skills
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills Benefit Conditions:
