Company Overview VIDA Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team for a 90-day training program, with the potential to graduate to a Membership Advisor role upon meeting performance KPIs. As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to company leads, prescheduling appointments for our membership team, and helping us grow our community of members. Summary of Responsibilities * Outbound Calls & Appointment Setting: Reach out to potential leads from various sources (web inquiries, walk-ins, and past prospects) to schedule appointments with our membership team. Target 80 calls per day with a focus on booking 5 appointments per day. * Customer Service & Sales Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional customer service and salesmanship during every interaction. Maintain a positive attitude while handling member inquiries and following up on leads in a timely and professional manner. * CRM Management & Reporting: Log and track calls, appointment status, and lead details using VIDA Fitness CRM system. Ensure all interactions are documented and follow-ups are timely. * Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule tours and consultations for prospective members, ensuring all appointments are confirmed and that prospects have a personalized and welcoming experience. * Overdue Items & Administrative Support: Assist with maintaining overdue items for the club (e.g., incomplete member paperwork, outstanding payments) and ensure club operations run smoothly. * Meet KPIs: Meet or exceed monthly call and appointment-setting goals, which include consistently setting 100 appointments per month and achieving conversion targets. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the membership team to ensure that your appointments are successfully converted into new memberships, and collaborate with fellow team members on strategies to improve sales performance. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. * Make 80 Outbound Calls per Day: Make daily outbound calls to prospective members, reaching out to leads from various sources (walk-ins, web hits, and previous inquiries). The objective is to schedule appointments for the membership team. * Track Calls and Appointments: Use CRM systems to track calls, capture lead information, and schedule follow- up activities. Ensure that each call is logged with an appropriate status. * Overdue Item Maintenance: Help with following up on overdue items for the club (e.g., outstanding membership payments, overdue forms, missing documentation, etc.). * Appointment Scheduling Goal: Schedule at least 5 appointments per day for the club's membership team. This includes contacting prospects and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments for tours or consultations.
