Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers find the products that best meet their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing an exceptional wellness experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and services within the store. * Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer understanding. * Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing space for our clients * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, showcasing excellent phone etiquette when needed. * Create marketing materials, to increase foot traffic * Assist in inventory management, including restocking products as needed. * Create and help manage social media accounts; posting on socials * Promote upcoming events and sales to new and existing clients Skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively. * Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and product demonstrations. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the store. * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated to achieve personal sales goals. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters client relationships. * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, particularly in a beauty or wellness setting.
