Trust Roofing , a family-owned roofing leader in Largo, FL, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. If you're organized, communicative, and passionate about supporting sales success, this is your chance to shine in a key role driving our innovative inside/outside sales system!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to warm leads, scheduling appointments for outside sales reps.
• Support outside sales by preparing quotes, measurements, and ensuring timely client follow-ups.
• Oversee team performance, acting as a collaborative assistant to keep sales processes smooth.
• Facilitate deal handoffs to production for seamless project starts.
• Generate organic leads through email, calls, and social media during downtime (of which, there is little!)

Qualifications

:

• Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Comfortable and quick with computers; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Job Nimbus, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented.

• Expected Earnings: $70,000-$120,000 annually (base draw with commission).
• Training Pay (First 4 Weeks): $1,000/week ($800 base + $200 draw).
• Post-Training Pay: $1,300/week base draw, drawn against 4% commission override on your unit's sales.
