We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and grow our operations in various regional markets across the United States. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading local teams, implementing company strategies, and establishing a strong market presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations in assigned markets to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Recruit, train, and supervise local sales teams
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth
• Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners
• Ensure alignment with company values, goals, and operational standards
• Report market insights, performance metrics, and challenges to senior leadership
• Adapt quickly to new locations, team cultures, and business environments Skills
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role (Retail or B2C preferred)
• Willingness and ability to relocate to different states and markets as needed
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics
