As an entry-level Sales Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for eligible customers to qualify and enroll in our client's telecommunications packages. The entry-level Sales Enrollment Specialist will play a vital role in determining eligibility, recommending packages best suited to their needs, processing enrollment requests, and establishing a genuine connection with the customer to improve customer satisfaction and promote long-term retention. Our entry-level Sales Enrollment Specialist helps customers stay connected to what matters most while working in a positive, team-oriented environment that celebrates success. Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Enrollment Specialist Role: * Meet directly with eligible customers to promote our client's accessible and affordable telecommunications packages that include various products and enrollment options * Answer customer questions with confidence, professionalism and transparency to deliver an exceptional experience on behalf of the client * Build genuine relationships with new and prospective customers to drive long-term customer retention and create a referral pipeline * Escalate customer questions and concerns when needed to ensure a timely resolution * Collaborate with the entry-level Sales Enrollment Specialist team to meet sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and implement market strategies to propel business growth. * Keep up to date on the latest technology and promotions to share that excitement with customers. * Meet or exceed sales goals set for the entry-level Sales Enrollment Specialist, directly contributing to company success Qualifications of the Entry-Level Sales Enrollment Specialist: * High School Diploma * Previous experience as a entry-level Sales Enrollment Specialist, client relations, or customer management, especially in the telecommunications field, is a plus * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively manage relationships * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales success * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and stay informed on new technologies and services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
