Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the lot with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.
• Answer customer questions on product inventory, help customers find the best car for their needs, and explaining the benefits of the vehicles.
• Drive internet and phone traffic into the dealership, through individual advertising.
• Understand the needs of a diverse client base and ability to adapt your approach accordingly.
