Sales and Leasing Consultant Primary Responsibilities * Greet all customers on the lot with a warm and professional demeanor. * Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner. * Answer customer questions on product inventory, help customers find the best car for their needs, and explaining the benefits of the vehicles. * Drive internet and phone traffic into the dealership, through individual advertising. * Understand the needs of a diverse client base and ability to adapt your approach accordingly. * Set and meet sales goals, helping the dealership to remain profitable.
