Job Summary No Prior Experience needed we Train you. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. We have high comp levels. If you are already licensed that is Preferred. If your are not licensed we do offer free courses to help you pass your state test. This is commission pay only. If you do not work you will not be paid. Duties * Conduct telemarketing calls to generate leads and promote insurance products. * Analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and attending community events to expand client base. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience * Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong background in customer service with demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive information. * Ability to analyze client needs and market trends effectively. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance client engagement.
