About A nationwide leader in the industrial emergency generator industry is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to act as a point of contact for current and new/potential clients, handle client onboarding, work orders, and service requests. The ideal candidate has experience with generators and power generation. Location and Schedule * Location: Kent, WA * Office Hours: M-F Compensation and Benefits * $25-35/hour * Car Allowance * Medical, dental and vision insurance * Company paid Life Insurance * Company paid Short and Long-Term disability * FSA * EAP (Employee Assistance Program) * Parental Leave * Tuition Reimbursement * Continuous company training and learning opportunities * Excellent growth opportunities with nationwide presence * Relocation assistance possible, if applicable Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and maintain new customers: cold calls, call-ins or other channels * Develop excellent customer service to increase revenue * Manage and monitor customer calls and emails, and work with the operations and sales team to ensure work orders are successfully completed * Onboard new clients and ensure all documentation is processed * Verify and review work orders for accuracy * Maintain excellent communication with clients * Quote and estimate parts and services. * Resolve and follow up on customer issues and complaints * Notify the customer of routine price increases and service updates * Invoice customers for work orders Qualifications and Skills * 5+ years of experience in sales or technical roles within the power generation, marine, or industrial sectors. * Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude; understanding of power generation systems (generators, switchgear, transfer switches); MTU experience is a strong plus. * Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales and exceeding revenue goals. * Proficient with CRM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Proven ability to engage in cold calling, warm outreach, and professional networking to generate leads.
