Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? * Great, your base salary will start at $45,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $15,000 Salary: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Birthdays off * Responsibilities* * Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients, assessing their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions. * Policy Servicing: Assist clients in understanding their policies, making necessary changes, and ensuring optimal coverage. * Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, converting them into loyal clients. * Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a keen understanding of various insurance products and services offered by Mars Family Insurance Agency. * Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients to build long-term relationships. * Industry Awareness: Stay informed about insurance industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements * Experience: At least two years of experience in insurance sales or a related industry is preferred. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. * Customer Focus: A strong ability to understand and address client needs, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve set sales targets. * Interpersonal Skills: Strong capacity to build relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction. * Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other related technologies.
